jeetbangla Terms and Conditions

jeetbangla is an online betting and gaming platform that provides cricket, football, slots, live casino and other gaming services for Bangladeshi users. In this document, "we", "platform" or "site" refers to jeetbangla, and "user", "member" or "you" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.

1.1 Age Restriction

Members must be at least 21 years old to participate on the jeetbangla platform. Registration and use of the platform by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited. jeetbangla reserves the right to verify age, and accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.

1.2 Geographic Applicability

This platform operates for users residing in Bangladesh. It is entirely the user's responsibility to confirm whether online gaming is legal under the laws of their own country.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any confusion or dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

To use services on jeetbangla, you must first create a personal account. Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.1 Information Required at Registration

• Full name (as on national identity card)
• Date of birth
• Mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Email address
• A strong password

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To withdraw above a certain amount, or at the request of jeetbangla, members may be required to submit the following documents for identity verification:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of the number registered with the mobile banking account
• A recent selfie or other verification materials if required

Failure to complete KYC on time may result in the account being temporarily restricted.

2.3 Account Security

It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. If any unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the jeetbangla support team must be notified immediately.

Every member commits to using the platform honestly and responsibly. jeetbangla takes a firm stance against any fraudulent or dishonest activity.

3.1 List of Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Using automated software, bots or scripts
• Placing bets on behalf of others or using their funds
• Money laundering or using illegal funds
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform
• Threatening or harassing other members
• Registering with false information

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

jeetbangla accepts three mobile banking methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

bKash, Nagad and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is approved, it typically reaches the member's mobile wallet within 10–45 minutes.

4.3 Account Name Matching Requirement

The mobile number registered on the account and the name on the mobile banking account used for withdrawal must match. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Bonus Wagering Requirement

To withdraw from bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met. Wagering requirements for each bonus are detailed in section 5.

jeetbangla runs several bonus offers for its members. Each bonus has specific terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus amount a wager of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be completed. The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn as real funds.

5.2 Weekly Reward Bonus

Under the weekly jeetbangla reward, a 20% bonus is available on eligible deposits, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus and the minimum deposit is ৳500. Example: a ৳2,000 deposit earns a ৳400 bonus, with a wagering requirement of ৳400 × 15 = ৳6,000.

5.3 Slot Festival Bonus

With the jeetbangla Slot Festival bonus, depositing in the slots section earns a 50% bonus, up to ৳8,000. It can be activated once per day. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus.

5.4 Weekend Dhamaka Bonus

With the jeetbangla Weekend Dhamaka, a 30% bonus is available on every deposit made on Friday and Saturday, up to ৳6,000. The wagering requirement is 18 times and the minimum deposit is ৳500.

5.5 Birthday Gift

The jeetbangla birthday gift is available once a year on the birthday registered on the account, up to ৳1,500. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus.

5.6 Referral Reward

With the Bring a Friend jeetbangla Win program, a reward of up to ৳2,000 is available for each successful referral. The reward is given when the referred friend makes their first deposit. The wagering requirement is 12 times.

5.7 General Bonus Terms

• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress.
• After claiming a bonus, cash cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• jeetbangla's decision on bonus awards is final.
• jeetbangla reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet on jeetbangla is considered final only when the platform's server successfully confirms it. Incomplete bets due to network issues will be cancelled automatically.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds cannot be changed after a bet has been accepted. For pre-match bets, the odds are fixed at the time the bet is placed.

6.3 Event Cancellation

If a game or match is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the related bet will be declared void and the stake will be returned to the member's balance. In such cases, jeetbangla's decision is final.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

The applicable rules for cricket, football and other sports betting are listed separately on the betting page for each event. Special terms may apply for different matches and tournaments.

6.5 Slots and Casino Games

All slots and casino games on jeetbangla are operated by third-party game providers. Game results are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is not under anyone's control. You are encouraged to follow our Responsible Gaming guidelines when playing.

6.6 Technical Errors

If an incorrect result is displayed in any game due to a technical fault or software issue, that result will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

The jeetbangla VIP Program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members can move up to higher levels through regular gaming activity.

7.1 Weekly Cashback

At each VIP level, cashback is provided at a set rate on the week's net losses. Net loss means what remains after subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

For example, if a Gold level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

7.2 Changes to VIP Benefits

jeetbangla reserves the right to change the benefits and rates of the VIP Program. Members will be notified appropriately before any changes take effect.

8.1 Closure at Member's Own Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time by contacting the jeetbangla support team. The existing balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to wagering requirements being met).

8.2 Closure or Restriction by jeetbangla

jeetbangla may close or restrict an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Any violation of the terms and conditions
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity
• Registration with false information
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Evidence of underage membership

8.3 Self-Exclusion

jeetbangla does its best to keep the platform running without interruption or errors, but cannot accept liability in the following cases:

• Any loss caused by an internet connection failure
• Any disruption caused by issues with a third-party game provider's software
• Data loss caused by unexpected technical errors
• Account issues caused by the user themselves
• Uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government restrictions

In any situation, jeetbangla's maximum financial liability will be limited to the amount of the most recent transaction.

10.1 Data Usage Policy

A member's registration information will be used only for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, and relevant communications. Personal information will not be sold to third parties without the member's consent.

All data transmitted on the jeetbangla platform is secured through SSL encryption technology. Payment transactions are completed in a fully secure environment.
